Parking: I see parking is limited in the front of your building. Is additional parking available? Yes, plenty of additional parking is located in the back of our building. 

 

I am new to yoga, is it ok to attend heated classes? Yes, please be sure you are well hydrated. Bring a towel, water, and be prepared to sweat. 

 

What do I need to bring with me? Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and a change of clothes. 

 

How hot are your classes? Classes are heated anywhere from 80-100 degrees. Please check class descriptions in Mindbody for more information. Our Soulful Sweat classes are the hottest (95-100). 

 

Are towels and mats available at your studio? Yes, you may rent towels and mats for a nominal fee. 

 

Do you have showers? We do not currently have showers in our studio. It is in our plans to have them added fall 2016. In the interim, we recommend you shower in the morning prior to class. We do have several changing rooms furnished with toiletries, deodorants, hair dryers, etc. 

 

Do you offer babysitting? Yes, we do for morning and evening classes. Babysitting is $5 per child.  Advance registration is required. 

 

Is advance registration required for SUP (Stand Up Paddle) classes? Yes, you must register no later than 24 hours in advance for SUP classes. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, you may take a rain check or receive a full refund. 

 

I have never been on a paddle board, can I come to SUP + Yoga class? Yes, if you can swim, come to class. We begin each class with a quick intro to SUP. 

 

What do I need to bring to SUP + Yoga class? Sunscreen, water, towel, hat, sunglasses, water shoes (optional), and a dry change of clothes.

 

Will I fall in at SUP + Yoga class? Probably, falling is part of the journey and is part of the unique experience of yoga on a SUP. We make sure you are in a safe and comfortable environment so that you can enjoy your experience to the fullest. 

 

I want to attend a yoga class, but I don't have the means to pay. Can I come to class? Yes, absolutely, come as you are. Pay if you can. We believe the benefits of yoga should be available to everyone. 

 

I am in a wheelchair and want to experience yoga. Can I come to class? Yes, absolutely! Come as you are! We recommend you join us for accessible yoga classes on Thursdays. If these classes don't work with your schedule, please contact us to talk about adaptive class options. 

 

I am in recovery, do you offer classes to support? Yes, absolutely! Come as you are! Check the schedule for yoga for 12 step recovery workshops (Y12SR).  

 

I am working through trauma, are your classes safe? Yes, they are! Please contact us, several of our teachers are trained in trauma sensitive yoga. Come as you are! 

 

Do you offer private lessons? Yes, please contact us for schedules and pricing.
