We offer a variety of classes on the water. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and Yoga classes, as well as SUP & Yoga teacher trainings and ACA Level 1 skills courses are offered on Lake Lanier, Lake Acworth, the Chattahoochee River, and in the pool at Life Time Athletic. Outdoor class locations may change due to weather & water quality. Check our retreats & events page for SUP + Yoga retreats, SUP Immersions, and destination SUP + Yoga Teacher Training. Registered participants will receive email updates with class location, directions, and what to bring / wear 24 hours prior to class.

SUP + YOGA
Experience the peace, serenity, and challenge of floating yoga asana. Please bring water, wear sunscreen, sunglasses (with croakies or other safety band), comfortable clothing for yoga on a paddleboard, water shoes are optional. Bring a towel and be prepared to get wet, laugh a lot, and have fun! Beginners / all levels are welcome. Must know how to swim.
SUP PADDLE BASICS
This class is perfect for new paddlers! 60 min instruction on proper paddling technique, paddle maneuvers, paddle stance, and a guided scenic paddle tour on the Chattahoochee River. SUP, PFD, Leash, included. Please bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and dress comfortably for warm weather.
SUP FIT & SCULPT
Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fun way to get fit, sculpt your body, strengthen your core, and improve balance. In this 75 min class we will focus on stroke technique, various paddle / strength interval workouts. Paddling, push ups, core stability, squats, and more! PFD, Leash, Paddle, and Paddle board included. If this is your first time on a SUP please sign up for a SUP basics or Intro class before taking Fit & Sculpt.
SUP + YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Ready to take your SUP & Yoga to the next level? 3 day immersive SUP & Yoga teacher training. We will take a deep dive into safety on the water, rescue, teaching SUP, the business of SUP, SUP techniques, equipment, yoga safe for SUP, how to build a SUP yoga class. Balanced SUP + Yoga Certification, 30 hours Yoga Alliance CEUs, ACA Intro to SUP course, equipment included.
Sunrise SUP Paddle

Join Bill & the Soulful crew on the river for a group Sunrise paddle from
Azalea to Don White park and back. Bring your own SUP or Kayak, rentals
can be arranged if needed. Advance reservation for equipment required.
No cost if you are bringing your own equipment.
If you need to rent, cost is $35 for all gear.

We are so excited to be kicking off our full moon paddle trips again this year!
Join us on Lake Lanier for sunset yoga followed by a full moon paddle.
Bonfire & S'mores included to warm you up after the paddle. Bring all of your glow gear. We'll supply all SUP equipment and glow paint, necklaces, lighted paddles, and under SUP lights. Registration is in the main studio schedule on MindBody.
